I have a Yashica T3 and would like to know if I can run some Ilford Delta 3200 through it.
The manual says it accepts 1600 film.
So will putting a roll of 3200 in it just revert the camera back to 1600.
This I don't mind as you can develop 3200 @ 1600 no probs.
TIA
Mick

Hack the cartridge with a knife and spray paint sharpie. Shave away the code for 3200, then repaint the code for 800 or 1250. Why these speeds? Point and shoot cameras tend to underexpose by two stops under dim lighting conditions, and artificial light. The Natura Black which is set up for this automatically compensates two stops when 3200 and 1600 speed film is put in, but the Yashica T3 does not. Develop for 3200 speed after exposing.
