YongNuo YN468 II for Canon - AF and M letters on the back

AF on the left: Does it mean also AF LED?

M on the right: What does M stand for?

I cannot find anything clear about them in the manual. Thou it is the best English manual I've seen among the manuals for Chinese-made equipment, the manual contains some sentences left from other models, such as Power on/off...

Any advice?
