Adobe's website list the $9.99 offer for those that own the standalone PS3, but I just purchase Photoshop CC/ Lightroom 5 for the same $9.99 as a conversion from a 2008 version of Creative Suite 3 Design Premium. The agreement does state that it is a one year agreement and can increase in price for the second year. The Adobe rep told me that at this time they don't intend to raise the price. We will see.
It looks like it also comes with Bridge, Edge Animate, Edge Code, Edge Inspect, Exchange Panel, Extendscript Toolkit, Extension Manager, Gaming SDK, Scout CC and Touch App Plugins... No idea what any of these are...except Bridge, which I never used.

I'm on this plan now and have been for around a month. IMHO, it's a top notch steal of a deal for PS and LR. I figure my upgrade to LR 5 was going to cost me $100+ by itself, so that covers almost a year of this. And I get PS as a bonus, so it's win win for me.
I've downloaded and played with a few of the other apps as well but most are HTML and CSS coding apps and I don't do web stuff really anymore. I like that they've also just recently added in the file sync to your computer from the Cloud.
Excellent value for the money. My only complaint is that the 3D functions do not work in PSCC or LRCC that did work on both of my Macs from my CS5.5 Suite. So I can't do any more 3D stuff there since neither of my Macs have upgradable VRAM or video processors.
Otherwise - very happy with it.
When I turned it on, the guy told me anyone who wants the PS single app version can have it converted to the LR/PS version for $9.99 (USD). I hope they keep this going and don't raise the price as it's a steal now.
