Maybe not my favorite, but it's up there. Canon 50/0.95 wide-open. Canon RP.

Well, it's not my favorite. That distinction lies with the C.Zeiss 50/2 Planar VM but I can't locate anything I've shot with it @ ƒ/1.4. However I just shot this photo this morning with a 50mm that I've really learned to love.
Voigtländer 50mm ƒ/1.5 Heliar Classic SC @ ƒ/1.5 on Nikon Z5 camera.
And another. The infamous dog photo.
On second thought...maybe this 50mm could be a co-favorite with the Zeiss. Hmm, we'll see.

Nikon 50mm f/1.2 AIS
These were both either wide open or at f/2 but I cannot say for sure. Fuji Neopan SS for the first one and Kodak Vision3 50D for the second one.
