Hi folks,
I bought a brand new ZI in Japan some 7 years ago and have been using it very lightly. Recently the film forwarding level is not working anymore and I suspect that the pinion and gear underneath are broken.
I wish to sent it to repair where it will be given genuine replacement parts. Is there any where apart from Zeiss Germany I can do that? I alternate frequently between Canada and Vietnam so Germany is not really my preference.
