Pluses and minuses ? I'd go for one of these . Why ?
- times from 1/1000 to 1 sec
- Big viewfinder ( ressembles to the one Z4 wich is said to have the biggest one in Z line (or even in FSU rangefinders?)
- My dad had a Z2C :) ,I grew up with one of these . I'd take one of these , but the bigger viewfinder and 1/1000 makes me to go to the 3C .
Why shouldn't I ?

Why should I pick a 3M instead ?
Or a Z4 ?

I prefer the Zorki 3m ; I just think they are prettier.
A well sorted Zorki 3c will work just fine and if that's the one you want, go for it!
I think the major difference between the Zorki 3c and the Zorki 4 is the self timer.

The only difference between a 3C and 4 is the self-timer, which is something most people use very little. One advantage to a 3C is that it's older and generally better made than the 4 (although early 4s are as good).

As for the 3M, it doesn't have flash capability, if that matters to you. Many people, myself included, think the 3M is much nicer looking. They are less common and hence more expensive. The VF/RF did not change much between the 3/3M/3C/4/4K models, they are effectively the same.

I might also fo for one of the early Z4 . They should be cheaper.

Early Z4's are nice cameras, and quite better built than later ones. They really look a lot better IMO with the embossed viewfinder and rangefinder windows, Leica M3 style. Or should I say Zorki 3/3C fashion? Anyway not as drab looking as a late Z4.

Just have a look at mine, a 1957 vintage:

Very nice, Marc!
The other thing about the early Zorki 4 is that the shutter speeds are engraved rather than printed (silk-screened?) on and so hold up better.

Really nice one , Marc . In fact it's one of these that I'll look for .I hat those Z4 with textile cover and latin letters .They're horrid.
How much is a fair price for one of these early Z4 or a 3C ?
