Greetings!
I have a little problem with my zorki 4.
As I written in the title sometimes the 1/30 act like B and I have to release the shutter button to close the second curtain. Why? Can you help me please?
Thank you to everyone

Could be a few reasons. The most likely ones are a) dirt/dried grease in the mechanism, b) lack of tension on the second curtain and c) badly adjusted/displaced second curtain-release spring.
How long have you had the camera? Did it work fine previously? Does the second curtain snap shut normally (when you release the button) or is it "lazy"? A bit of background information would help.

Thank you very much. I have this camera since three years and it had this problem since then.
It also had lazy second curtain but I solved tightening the second curtain spring. I have also cleaned the slow speed mechanism with isopropylic alcohol and oiled with WD 40 and after I refitted it the slow times worked properly but I haven't solved the problem of 1/30.
Thank you again for your time

It is in Russian:

Two possible reasons:
ribbons of first curtain were glued for longer it should.
The flat brake spring is too close to the brake disk.

I don't understand the first possibility, because my English is not so good.
About the flat brake : is the black one under the slow times mechanism? And it is too close to the lowest disc in the shutter speed choice mechanism?
If it's the last one, how i can fix it?

First - ribbons of first curtain were glued to much - they are not long enough.
Second - it is not under top plate. It is where bottom of camera is.
