The one downside to the Zorki 4K is that it has no strap lugs. I've been using a tripod-screw wrist strap with mine but it's not ideal.
I'm thinking of cutting the front flap off my Zorki 4K leather case to turn it into a half case. That would make the cam easier to carry. I always carry the cam in a camera bag when not in use so I wouldn't miss the front flap. Doesn't fit over my meter and lens hood anyway.
Any reason I shouldn't do this, other than greatly depreciating the value of this expensive cam

Better yet, you can convert the sewn on front flap to one that is attached with snaps. You can buy kits for installing the snaps, or you could take the case to a shoe repair place and have them do the work. That way you could easily remove the front flap anytime you wished to, yet still have it for protection when you aren't using the camera.

My Fed 3b has the same problem, no strap lugs, so I drilled the rivet holding the case front, and removed the case front. I just don't use it. It smells all funky anyway. The lower case protects and cradles the camera, and makes it easier to grip.
The strap was rotten, so I replaced it with an aftermarket nylon strap, and covered the split rings with heat shrink so they would'nt tangle. Its a comfortable rig to use and carry.

What on earth ever posessed these camera makers to produce a portable handheld camera WITHOUT STRAP LUGS?
What I really want to do next is install two lugs on the right end of the camera to hang the camera vertically. This would suit me better, I think.

I think of having no lugs as a reason to shoot more often and not have it just hang around my neck - LOL.
AND I just got a small Zing caee, "in case" ~ ; - )
