Hi,
Welcome to the forum. Unfortunately, I can't see your photos. Perhaps you need to upload them to a gallery.

Kim

They are in the gallery. What a wonderful character your Jupiter 8 has. They look like photos from another era, wonderful.

Welcome to the forum and congrats for such an impressive first batch of uploads. You've managed to get an incredible look on those shots, I really really like them.

Hope to see you around for a long time ! :)

Hi, welcome srdjan.
If I may add, here's a link to the folder with the mentioned shots:

Great shots, you used the misty weather conditions very efficiently.
How did you manage to exclude people and traffic from the shots?? Shooting very early in the morning?

If I may add a correction, that's "szent erZSebet" not "erSZebet" [a common spelling mistake for EVERY foreigner i've met. My name has the "zs" combo, and everybody writes - even when copying - an "sz" instead.] Btw that means saint elizabeth.

What he said!

I have been trying to get that kind of look for months now. In addition to film I really would like to know the entire workflow you used if applicable.

i used efke 100.
i have jupiter 8 in aluminium coating.
you just need to put shorter exposure time for photos and they will get that old style look. and also on some photos i overexposed them while shooting. that can give nice effect they lose contrast with that so they look older. so just open your aperture for one stop more than normal and later expose paper for few seconds less. :)

So these were scans of prints, srdjan?

yes in 400 dpi. but still quality is much lower than on prints. and also i recently bought scanner so i dont know how to best scan photos. :(

Welcome to the forum. Not much that I can say that has not been said already. I just love the feel of the photos in your gallery. When you get your scanner up and running you will have even more fun.

Bob

Hello Srdjan,

Welcome to the forum, and great photos! I must say that a personalized, stylistic mark really shines in your photos.

You take pictures and think at the same time. Okay, I haven't tried that yet.

Seriously, nzeeman, each photo does seem well planned and thought through; good work by you two! Very nice set of shots ~ and welcome aboard. Look forward to seeing more.
