No-one loves Soviet cameras more than I do - but what is the purpose of this, apart from yet another pointless plug for Jean-Marc's website?

The moment you pick up a Leica you realise you are holding a camera of spectacular quality. The Zorki and the FED are near-copies, but as manufactured artifacts are not in the same class. Which is not for a moment to suggest that they are anything but excellent considered as themselves. What else is there to say?

Thank you Wayne I guess that is it. I completely misunderstood this thread because I thought the comparison was going to be photographs but I wanted to verify that.

Yeah, I thought it was going to be photos taken with each also, but instead it was a comparison similar to photos of Cinderalla and one of her step-sisters.
