Live in the great state of confusion. Actually, T
I think, after reading some very compimentary reviews, a J8 or a J3. My question is, who/where should I try acquiring one? I have looked at the Big Bay site but a little leary of doing that.

Any recommendations from any of you?

BTW...plan to use this on a Bessa T so will use a ltm adapter and need a finder as well.

Welcome, Fedka is recomended by some folks here, and on the bay Leonjazz has got a good rep.
you have more chances of getting a good LTM J -8 than a J-3 because of the focus issue.

[FONT=&quot]http://www.okvintagecamera.com/ is very good. Oleg is very honest and is an expert camera mechanic. I have purchased two Iskra cameras and a Zorki 4 with a J3. All three had been through his CLA process and all there are very good cameras. Good luck

I've just purchased a J3 and 85mm finder from www.dvdtechcameras.com. His prices are decent, ranging from $60-70 and $10 for shipping. I believe it comes with a one year warrenty as well. Hopefully the lens works well too. I don't really have the cash to send it for repair...
