Hello,
After getting advice and recommendations on my first RF body, my first M body, lenses, processing kit and scanner from this forum, the very least I could do is to post a couple of pics taken from the M2/35mm/TX400/HC110/V700 chain.
They are not great, most of them are under exposed and hastily scanned but since they are amongst my first ones using my M2 and the first ones I've processed,(some of you might remember my scare about the toxicity of BW chemicals) they mean something to me and I thought I'd share.

More here if you are interested, most of them are from the Notting Hill Carnival.
Feel free to comment.

I'm linking directly to pbase. That's weird, I've done that before and it's worked. I've updated my original posts with the full gallery URL.

I gave up on smart linking.
That should work or I am really dumb

Love the people covered in mud, Clarel. The last shot of the "Trojan" bar (?) is great and the girl at the Level Vibes sound system. Your links worked fine for me, btw.

Monsieur Connard (never thought I would write this once
),
Very good job. I really like the first picture, very well composed with the woman going against the current. Nice tones. Well done.
Pour un coup d'essai, c'est un coup de maître.

Nice shots M. Connard. I especially like the first one. The expression on the woman's face makes her stand out. At first I thought she was the only human among statues.
Shouldn't it be Noir et Blanc?

Wow, that first one is awesome! Against the current of mud people; I love it! What's the story behind that?

Marc-A : thank you for the good words.
Wintoid: Looking forward to posting the first series of MF pics
Krosya: It is very kind of you to have looked at my other pics. They are all taken with my SLR system, which does not get much use these days, but which I like very much.
mich8261: It should be Noir et Blanc, you're right. That's the problem with being bilingual, I get lost in loose translations
sienarot: It was part of the Notting Hill Carnival in London a couple of weeks ago. For some reason some people were covered in mud and some in chocolate. Not too sure why but it seemed like good fun!

I like overall the #3, the guy at the barbecue.
What is your other language? Except in spanish, I think that B&W is always said with the black part first.nightlight said:mich8261: It should be Noir et Blanc, you're right. That's the problem with being bilingual, I get lost in loose translations
