This is the first time I've heard that "Robert Capa" was a pseudonym. Of course, he was far from the only one who did that. Since there was long a "Cornell Capa", was that also a changed name?
One has to wonder how many cases there are of talent discovered long after the demise of the persons involved. The rather famous case of Mike Disfarmer in the midwest has been told several times. Someone who remained almost anonymous during their lifetime suddenly emerges as a 'discovered talent', or at least so think some 'critics' or someone who wants to publicize something they discovered. That usually means a new book.
