Would it be possible to send my M7, M8, and all my leica lenses to leica and have them calibrate the whole shebang?

Why would you think otherwise? It's just alot of photographic gear to be gone a long time, though.

I don't think DAG works on the M8. M8s are not that old and would need to worked on by Leitz.

Im absolutely serious! Check every lens in the system. The optic lens is actually the most important one. (both taking and viewing)!

The M8 seems to show off any defect in lens focusing very well. If there are ANY doubts about how the system is working, I'd send it off to be sure.
Then again, I'm walking around with clear-tape on the focusing cam of my CV 40mm f/1.4 to make it focus right. I have to send it somewhere, but it's now working well enough...
DAG will work on the camera, but won't dig too far into it, as I understand. Send lenses to him marked with suspicions (front focus, back focus, &c), and he'll have a look.
