Recently I ordered the following item from aki_asahi
1. one set of Leica M2 Custom Covering kit, Composite #4008 Leatherette
2. one set of anti-scratch protection film for M2 (Transparent)
3. Two set of anti-scratch protection film for M4/M6(Black)
4. One set of anti-scratch protection film for M5(Black)$3.00 US
He replied my email very fast and give me 10% discount for above items(I didn't request any discount).
Today the registered mail came, guess what's inside?
3 sets of M2 protection film, 4 sets of M4/6 protection film and 3 sets of M5 protection film.
several years ago, I ordered one set of covering for my Minolta XD, and it came with one extra set. I even emailed him to check whether he put it bymistake into my parcel. He replied the extra one is free gift. and this time......
I already sent him an email to express the appreciation.
How glad to do business with these people..........

Aki's service is unsurpassed. Really excellent. I have ordered from him a few times now. He can always comply to special wishes, like omitting the silly circle cutout in leathers for the back door of M cameras. Or sending a special piece for a winder.

No Huub, I didn't lose the dial. It's the silliest thing on the M4-2. Nothing to turn like on the beautiful dial on the M2 but just a plastic thing to write on.
Just plain red snake leather looks much better.
The grey leather on the M2 is a piece I got from Kim, bless him.
The black on the M2 is spraycan black, the M4-2 is its natural faded black chrome.
