I realize that this thread is not the place to do this, but anyway - and if anyone is interested - I have a Kiev 4AM with two lenses in Contax/Kiev mount: Helios 103 and Jupiter 8. The kit is available for $75.00. Cosmetics are quite nice.

I sold this to Gene W. in Port Credit, ON about a year ago; however, he said the frame spacing was uneven so I refunded his money and he returned the camera. I cannot get the camera to repeat the frame spacing problem. None of the frames touch each other. Maybe because it's colder up there and warmer down here?

I will photograph it and put it in RFF classifieds next week.
 
i think i just found the most important answer to "why kiev" when i took mine to a festival

with the small focusing wheel, you can hold your beer in one hand and focus the kiev with the other. that's a crucial feature

Yes, that is a neat feature. A cigar or a beer in one hand.🙂 A luxury shooting style.
 
Shucks, if I had figured that out before I sold my Kiev I never would have sold it.

Clearly, mine is a wasted life.
