I noticed that my 35/2 Biogon--which came to me through another user--was front focusing, so I sent it to Oberkochen for a check up. Zeiss returned it to me within a fortnight after having readjusted the flange focal distance to fix the problem. The operation was speedy, Zeiss service was very responsive and helpful, and the best thing of all: no charge even though the lens was not under warranty.
