I ordered a bunch of film from B&H and I have to say, out of all I got fp4+ was my favorite, followed by Neopan Acros 100. Taken with my M2 and VC 35mm Ultron

I haven't used FP4+. Is it 200 ISO? I really like HP5+. I'm getting better results than with Tri-x.

FP4+ is great. It's 125 box speed, though as with most films, lots of folks shoot it slower.

Athos- you have some nice shots there- what developer are you using?

FP4+ (shot at 80) in Rodinal 1+50 gives very good results. Excellent tones and makes it very easy to print. The shot is below is printed on Grade 2 paper and shot using a Horseman 6x9. (yeah the grain is not apparent on the format, but I haven't found it too bad with 35mm either) :)

I sent it to A&I for developing and had scans made. I found that I needed to remove myself from some steps and focus on the picture taking. Developing and scanning were just 2 more steps I could screw up :). I hated seeing a great picture somewhere in the negative, only ruined because I couldn't control the temp or I over/under agitated.

I shot it at 125, or as close as my VC II meter could get to 125. A&I seems to do a good job, but they want 30bucks a roll for "High Rez" scans so I opt for the 5 buck frontier scans. Do any of you use a mail in service?
