Leica LTM IIIC shutter - is this right?

just took delivery of a nice IIIC and maybe being paranoid... but the first curtain is oriented so the rubberized side is toward the lens and the second curtain is oposite, with the cloth side facing the len... is this normal for these cameras or has mine been installed incorrectly.

I read on the forum somewhere that it is done because the curtain with the rubber facing the front of the body spends most of its time in a rolled up position. Installing it this way the rubber is not stretched as much, which will supposedly keep it in better shape for a longer period of time.
