Victar Ludwig-Dresden Lens?

I had the pleasure of inheriting my grandfather's Leica M3 and I recognized much of everything, except one lens. It says it's a Victar Ludwig-Dresden 7.5cm f/3.5. It's a very short lens as well, shorter than any 75mm I've seen. It is not rangefinder coupled nor does it seem to fit a LTM.

His other lenses were mainly LTM so I decided to post in this forum. Any ideas?

Could be for a Reflex Korelle or a Pilot Super, both 1930's 6x6 SLR's. Ludwig Victars were low end lenses at the time and made lenses for Exakta, among others.
