I have my IIa viewfinder missaligned, which is very distubing in some cases, and sometimes makes very difficult focusing, specially when I change composition from vertical to horizontal...
I wonder if this is something simple to do your self , or if it needs a specialist...
I have been looking unsuccesfully (up to now) for a tutorial in the web.
Any help will be appreciated!

IIRC, because the IIa/IIIa RF prism is held in place by glue (pitch?), adjustment requires melting/removing the glue & then regluing the prism in the proper location. Not impossible for someone to do @ home, but sounds like a lot of work.
 
For instance I have some complete and very clear sketches about this thanks to a good friend and also the original factory repair booklet, and I have done it already with satisfying and steady results on two postwar Contaxes.
