Yup! Saturday 2nd. May - Monday 4th. is May Day!....not that it makes much difference to old retired fogeys like me!.....wonder if I should start a thread - asking what gear to take? 😉

Ha ha, if you're in a wheelchair then go large format. The weight if it won't be your problem if somebody else is pushing. 😉

Another idea for a North of England RFF meeting & shooting day would be the Horse Fair in Appleby-in-Westmorland (Cumbria) on the first weekend of June.

I will be there myself on the Saturday or the Sunday, and it would be nice to meet a few RF users on the occasion.

Meeting time depends on what time people expect to arrive. I think we went for 10am last time, but it's no problem collecting people who turn up later. I can pass my mobile number on to anyone who wants it in case of any delays/confusion.

Okay guys looks as though we'll have a decent days shoong as ther is an event being held in Albert Square. It's an event to present the best of Mallorca, Menorca, Ibiza and Formentera.

There's gonna be;
A parades with Geants - the famous giants
Street theatre
Jugglers
Stilt walkers
Dancing
Contemporary and traditional music
Fashion shows
Correfoc - daring fire displays, performed by devils on the run!

Likey to be a few tapas and wine tasting I dare say, but seems like enough to give us a decent days shooting. Lots of colours and characters. This event, along with a visit to The Real Camera Company (no credit cards accepted btw) shoud be a good day out for all.
