Here's a link to my Day 1 shoot with the DP2....
All images with the finder and the screen only for changing settings...Most at 800

the pictures are too small to judge quality. What are your impressions on the reactiveness and ergonomics of the camera ?

Not looking at your location till after i viewed the pics , i recognized it was Philly .
Looks like it takes decent images.

The images can be enlarged to full screen...Just click on an image...underneath you will see some tools...click on the magnifier....
This is an unedited shoot.....testing only but still there's a few good ones...

The camera works great.....

The finder is the Sigma. I was surprised and delighted
that it worked so well. I could see the framelines clearly
in all lighting conditions. It is as accurate as any and better than
I expected. There is a parralex marking for close up. I
believe for under 28cm.

My concerns were in the accuracy and sight. I'm satisfied.
On my DP1 I use the Voigtlander as it's better.

I tried using AF with the finder and with some practice
I feel it will be fine when needed.
You can't really set Hyper-Focal distance because
the scale is not articulate but I focused at around
7+' and it worked well at every fstop.

The camera surprised me...there are 2 images of a man
standing under a marque, they were captured with less than
2 seconds time interval. It felt instantanious when I tried it.
Some images have blue because I want to know what
happens if......so I tested all kiinds of things.
I will do some low light stuff and load the files when I have tested
under those conditions.

The camera is a winner. Sigma gets a bad rap cause
people have wants that are not met by the DP cameras.
I'm happy cause They deliver what I want.
With the DP1 & Dp2, I don't miss my Leica M's anymore.

Oh, The lens is a monster......

Sorry but I don't think its really possible to tell much from photos shot from the vantage point of a car, thru the window. The photos look OK - good exposure, reaonable sharp but thats about all can be said.

Well there's only a few from the car.
I have an ongoing series called Drive By Shootings and
had to test that. The rest are on the streets
of Atlantic City, NJ.

Night work is coming soon.
