Hi all,
I just bought a CV ColorSkopar 28 and I'm waiting for it to arrive; meanwhile I'd like to ask you to share some photos you took with that lens.
I already read good reviews here on Rff on that little lens but if you also want to share some comment, opinion or suggestion about it I'll be grateful too.
Have a nice week,
thanks

I love that lens. I traded my CV 28/1.9 for the 28/3.5, and apart from the speed the lens is great! I, unfortunately, cannot post any samples for a few weeks because I'm travelling and don't have a scanner with me.

Sebastian, I hope to get it in the next few days...
Mabelsound, thanks for sharing:I like them, very sharp and contrasty images and nice colours in the 2nd; what film did you use for the b/w shot?
cheers,

Oh crap! You know--those pics I posted aren't the CV28, they're the CV25. Sorry about that. They're similar, I believe, however. I think the B&W shots are both Eastman 5222-XX.

Mabelsound, no problem ... at least some gas attack on the cv 25 :bang:
Roland, I know you appreciate the lens :); I can see why it's your favourite shot ... nice shots also in your flickr set (I really like the tree in Tanzania and the other refletion / landscape in Yosemite).
Cheers,

Thanks a lot Joe,
I particularly like the one of the Morrison Bridge (I like the light) and the first one of the railroad. I stil have some rolls of low contrast expired agfa 400 that can suit the lens...
cheers,

Probably my most used lens on my R-D1 and great for daytime shooting. I'm sure you'll enjoy your purchase. Here are a few.

Thanks Biomed and Bolohead.
Bolohead, the 1st one is very nice and the second has a great atmosphere (not to mention the beatiful girl!)
Looking at all the b/w shots posted I'd bet this lens would make also lucky film 100 look sharp and contrasty!
Cheers

I got mine about a month ago. Super compact. I've only had a couple rolls shot with it but I think I'm going to enjoy it quite a lot. Seems like a great daylight street shooting lens.

The only negatives I've encountered so far is related to the small size. Its easy to accidently change the aperture when focusing, and I've had a knuckle or something in front of the lens in the very bottom of some shots.

Yes, but I'd be curious to see some low light shots (there are a few in the flickr grooup Kully linked above) or hear some comment about it....

That's an interesting point even though it can't be worse than the Orion 15 I have: it has the aperture ring "inside" the fixed hood of the lens!

Cheers
