WANTED!
Have been looking for one of these Skopar f3.5 28mm lens for awhile now... have missed a few deals but perhaps people could PM with a heads up if they know of any for sale... preferably with a matching Voigtlander 28mm metal viewfinder. Fingers crossed!

Good luck with your search Akalai, I've received mine yesterday afternoon and immediately I gave it a try; I've had not enough time for shooting so I'll finish the first roll today but, right now I can say it's very compact and with good ergonomics for me (maybe because I'm used to to the CV 21 which is very similar when it comes to handling).
I'll share some sample soon,

Nico -- Congrats and thanks for your kind words. I'm looking forward to seeing your shots from this lens. I think it's terrific w/ b&w (even though most of the shots I've taken w/ it are in color).

I just ordered one of these. I was wondering how many of you use a 28mm on an R2a? I hate accessory finders. I'm considering adding an R4 down the road, but I'm wondering how well the extents of the R2a finder will work in the mean time. Any comments?
Thanks,
Paul

Paul -- You should have no problem using a 28 on the R2A. Just use the entire vf for framing; it's pretty close. The R2A has the same magnification vf as the original Bessa R, and I used a CV 28/3.5 on my R w/out any problems at all.

Thanks for the reply. That's good to hear. Unfortunately, someone got to the lens before me. Turns out my order didn't go through, so I have to find one somewhere else. Doh!
