CONTRAST is what I ADORE besides the crisp Sharpness
of ZEISS lenses.. its Zeiss's Signature so to speak

I Love the Look of older pre asph Leica Lenses for their Look
I've recently conducted a review of the photo's taken with all my M's and their lenses of different types and decided that consistently the photo's that I like the most are those taken on my M3 with the CZ Sonnar 1,5/50. I'm not sure quite why that is, quite possibly something to do with the contrastiness, but it is so.
This is the J-class Shamrock V berthing at St Tropez in 2007: perhaps not my best but it shows the characteristics of images drawn by this lens - not perfect but I like it a lot. Stockholm, Sweden. This is the long escalator in the "Tunnelbana" (subway) - M2 and C Sonnar 50f1.5 @ 1.5. Neopan Presto 400 and HC 110 1:60 for 12 min.
I think he is asking "I have to change what?" - Stockholm, Gallerian (a shopping arcade), M2 and the C Sonnar 50f1.5. Probably 1/60 at f1.5 or f2. Neopan Presto 400 and developed in HC 110 1:60 for 12 min.
