Alas, I could only borrow one for a couple of days. I think I might sell my 50/1.5 Nokton and 35/1.2 Nokton and buy one - it has gorgeous colours with the M8.

As I remember, this was shot at F4. To the right, the sun was shining through the clouds and I thought I may get some flare in the image.
As you can see, the lens is dead sharp and handled the light perfectly.
This one was optimized for f2.8. I found it to work better just adjusting the focus slightly for wide open, close up shots and getting results like this from f2.8 and beyond
