I think this is just a joke.
The "wrong" picture reasons given/depicted for/in the examples 1), 3), 4), 5), 7), 8), 13), 14), 16), 17), 19), 23), etc are all quite moronically wrong by themselves. Just think of Al Kaplan's one handed self-portraits, or pics in bad weather or a storm, or tilted ones, or the ones with the main subject way to the side to express ... whatever, or just look in magazines, in museums etc etc ...
Haha, I laugh. What a blunder to return to some of those rigid (and long dead) rules of photography ... Poor originator of that web site ...
