Real Men Shoot Film.
My best? Hell, I don't know. I've got a lot of photos I love. Here's a couple favorites:

The best camera is one that still works!
I've had to re-think my favourite photo ... I took a shot yesterday that has everything I want in it. The environment is rustically beautiful, it's strongly backlit to the point of almost blowing out ... and the subject is someone I'm very close to!

Humbled and awed by the shots here... wow! Here are my favorites, strange since I rarely do B&W (though I'd love to do more), and more rarely, concert shots.

Shot last week (Leica M8 + 1950s Summicron 50mm) - straight shot, no faffing in Photoshop (granted, it was set up - moth (dead) from eBay, Blutacked to bottle!).

Man, this is the kind of shot that will haunt me.
The word excellent seems trite for this photograph. Soooo good.
Is that a skull on the moth's back? it looks like the logo on the Punisher's shirt.

Man, this one brought me right back into Jean-Luc Godard's films from the sixties, in particular, Bande à Part (Band of Outsiders). Could easily have been a Truffaut's film, too.

Lucky is a better description, but she did took one picture of me that is perfectly composed, no chopped feet or head

Yes, it's cool when the little ones pick it up so quickly. I gave my daughter an old 3 MP Casio Exilim with a 35mm equivalent fixed-focus lens for her 3rd birthday, and she "got it" within a few days.
