Never had one. I would like to hear some discussion of folks who use a 75mm lens, some technical details etc. Which ones, why you use it? Anyone using one more than 50% of the time?
.....when fifty is not quite enough...and ninety - a little too much!
the Voigtlander offering is quite good too Roger!.
Dave.
I have recently added a 75mm 1.4 Summilux, and I have used it today in my first roll of film with this lens. It will make a great companion with a 35mm 1.4 pre-asph Summilux. I feel that with these two lenses as a minimum set, I would be OK. Extending the "set", I sometimes add a 21mm lens and/or a Sonnar 50mm 1.5 for a certain look when needed. The 75mm 1.4 is not light but it seems to be lighter than the magnificent 105mm 2.5 Nikkor. Is it?
It has crossed my mind, but .......I'm staying put for now with film RF.if i were getting paid for weddings/event photos, i would take the lazy way out and shoot a dslr with flash and zoom and one fast prime lens.
