I found the Cuban people to be very compatible to my style, which is believing:
1) It is no problem that we have never met before.
2) It is not a barrier to communication that we speak very little of each others language.
3) You care about me as a person just as I do you.
So I was able to make friends very quickly and photograph as a result. I have to give the credit to the Cuban people, not my skills as a photographer.
I was amazed the number of Cubans who stopped so I could shoot multiple frames. Same for the number of those who invited me into their homes.
Naruto: I shot Neopan 400, not Tri-X. But I cannot tell any real difference.
Thanks for the positive comments about my photos. There is a gallery that has shown my work before and is interested in an exhibit of this. But there probably will not be a Blurb book, just not my style.
