Just got home from a four month course on the east coast and amongst the piled mail was a box from overseas with a certain camera in it :D

She seems to be in good shape, other than the fact the take-up spool is gone and the rangefinder coupling arm is as loose as (insert hooker joke here).
Shutter (DS) winds fine and the speeds seem to be damn close. Curtains don't have any holes that I can tell, but I'm a metal shutter Voigtlander guy, so what do I know? :p

Does anyone have current contact info for Youxin Ye? From what I've read, he seems to be the dude to send stuff to. I've never sent a camera away before... What does a typical repair job usually cost? Hopefully my $200 M3 doesn't turn into a $1000 M3

Thanks for looking, guys. I'm excited to be a member of the club- even if it's a non-participatory membership right now :D

here is the contact. Enjoy your good-deal M3 :)

Youxin does not charge a lot. for my Leica IIIf, CLA'd he charged only 70$. If your M3 needs curtain change, it may be ~150$ max I would guess.

just received my IIIc back from him and am sending my M4-P out for CLA and flash socket reapir, preliminary cost is around USD$150.00 so prices are very reasonable.

M3... hmmm... I'm day/night dreaming MY MP in 3 months time with TTL................. but forgive me if you can im just a rangefineder beginer
P.S. I have a feeling I will get one of this one day...
