Yahoo, finally a decent scanner 😀
Although some people may remember, that I was planning to buy a Reflecta ProScan 7200. Things have changed a bit, when yesterday, a local store had the RPS 7200 priced down (almost 50%). And with the fact that the proscan is not easily available around here, and decent software is still a problem. I just couldn't ignore a great deal like that.
I did try the Cyberview software that came with the scanner, and although it did deliver decent scans the only way to stop the program, was with a forced stop (Mac). So I decided to buy Silverfast SE, and this works really well. I like the quality of the scans that I see right now. I'll try to upload some scans later this day to Flickr, and post a link here. But I'm really happy with the results so far. If there are people around with tips and tricks, please let me know.
cheers,
Hans
