Is that a Grey finish/ looks really nice.I got an R2A this past weekend and I love it so far. This is my first modern rangefinder and my first with interchangeable lenses so I'm trying to figure out all the M/M39/M42/LTM stuff so I can get another lens.

Thank you kshapero
Acetonic, this marine Bessa is very sweet !
I didn't know you could find it in this color (I thought only the old R2 was available in marine and olive colors)

Yes, it's the gray finish. It came out a bit more blue than usual in my light tent for that pic.

Why would you have a 28mm finder mated with a 50 mm lens?A loaner* R3M (while my M6 is in the shop with DAG) with my ZM Planar 50 and CV 28mm finder. Great combo!

Bessa R+35 and Bessa R+90, vintage Eddie Bauer bag
Here's my new-to-me pair of black Bessa Rs, one with the 35 Skopar and the other with the 90 Lanthar. I'm just getting used to these cameras as I part with my Minolta 7sii (black, and just posted to *Bay as I write here). All of this feels very different after years as a Nikon SLR guy. Never could justify what Leicas cost, but these Voigtlanders push my buttons!
The bag is a vintage Eddie Bauer fly fishing bag, medium size, that looks smaller than it is and will hold a surprising amount of gear. The Bessas kind of get lost in there! I'll pick up something less conspicuous eventually, something big enough to hold an iPad along with the cameras. (LowePro Exchange Messenger?) Meanwhile, film in the front pocket, flash in the back and a Leitz tabletop tripod in the flap's inside pocket.
The cameras will get the black masking tape treatment soon.
