Couple of photos with the M9

I never shoot Jpg, so the camera setting is irrelevant (is even greyed out). This was just a normal DNG conversion in C1-5 pro. The highlights were pulled down about 15%. I did not tweak the color specifically. In CS4 just levels, curves. A bit dodge in the midtones on the beaks, that is all.

As it turns out this shot is of particular interest to me as I'm thinking of doing some wedding work with an M9. Could you show us 100% crop from the original of part the right wing from the top bird. I'm kind of keen to see what the full detail of a very high key subject looks like.
Thanks

Jaap, these are some great images. I'm sure the camera deserves some credit for the results, but, ultimately, I credit is due the photographer, too.

I'm curious: if you had to give up your M9 and only shoot with your M8, how disappointed would you be? I love my M8 and, with one kid finishing college, I'm afraid an upgrade to an M9 is years off (or never) for me.

Not too much - although the M9 is a more mature camera than the M8 in every respect, there is nothing wrong with the M8.

Lets add an image :) Tele-Elmar 135/4.0 head on Visoflex and Bellows, handheld.
