Browsing and searching are much faster now. I guess they are finally listening and doing some changes? I also saw some items are attached with detailed descriptions (in pdf file). Not the best design but it's better than nothing.

Good news... They have lots of equipment, but for some time it was a pain trying to see what they had...

That's really me
Uh oh, I relied on KEH's slow and spotty servers to deter me from browsing longer...

I made a purchase this morning. Unfortunately, the shopping cart bugged and the order never went through. Thankfully their phone service is great and I was able to place the order over the phone.
They said that there are still a couple glitches in the site. Overall, I have to say that it is an improvement.

Their really awful web site has saved me from spending money countless times. This could be bad news for my struggle with GAS.

Juan,
Do you buy from KEH and have it shipped to you in Barcelona? I'm just wondering how hard you're hit on customs fees? Or do they tag items as a gift and undervalue them on the customs forms? I can't imagine they do that.
I'm in Milan. When I want to buy equipment from the U.S., which is generally cheaper--especially since I'm paid in U.S. dollars--I have to wait until I get to the U.S. to order and take delivery of equipment. Or I have to beg a friend in the U.S. to take delivery and then mail it to me, hoping to sneak it past Italian customs without being tagged. By that method, though, it takes about a month for me to get things that I order because it's shipped to a friend first, then I have to wait for the friend to have time to mail it to me, then wait for it to make it here. So, I'd rather order directly from KEH, if the cost isn't too high.

Russell,
It seems to me that KEH has a new international delivery system to EU in place. I ordered a lens from them a few weeks back and saw that FedEx is now my only delivery option (delivery cost for the lens was about $35). Delivery was fast as expected with FedEx. In my neck of the woods FedEx also collects any custom duties applicable and carries the package to your door.

KEH is awful.
Even when their website was at it's worst I had no problems except for speed when ordering.
Orders were always processed the same day as received...
