My Hong Kong with M6 and the Nokton combo (50mm f1.1 and 35mm f1.2)

I was giving these pix another look and i just realised that they have abit of that positive film look about them...really impressive, that Ektar.

Hey, thanks for the positive comments, they were mostly taken at around 1.1/1.2 - 1.4 and 1/15th to 1/60th. I try to practice breathing techniques and sometimes brace the camera somewhere...

Here are two more:

Yup, that's what Hong Kong/China feels like, alright...

Do you rely on the in-camera meter or carry an incident? I have this same combo (just got it) and am curious

the Ektar ROCKS...I ADORE the 'TAXI' shot

i usually use fuji 800proZ at m=night
but will give the ektar a shot
LOVELY & THANX for posting !!

I rather rely on the in-camera meter as I try to be as fast as possible...

But as I am trying to train and study lighting as much as possible due to my job as cinematographer it works out quite well and I am almost always getting the results I want, if I'm not sure, I'll bracket 2 exposures...
