Zeiss Ikon and 25mm lens

Anybody tried this without a finder? I know you are pushing the VF to the max but I am thinking it is doable. Photo samples?

the whole VF works well as an estimation for framing, but you probably have to move your eyes around to guess where you might cut off

I shot a 21mm without a finder. Can't seem to justify the extra piece & price of an external finder so far.

I use the Voigtlander 25/4 snapshot-skopar a lot lately. And although I did use the voigtlander viewfinder in the beginning. I stopped using it, because I had trouble keeping the camera level. The frame-lines inside the camera help a little bit with that, and you can always be sure that what you see in the viewfinder is on your picture.
But with practise, you don't even need to look through the viewfinder at all 🙂
