Cost for a Leica CL CLA?

What is the general cost for having a Leica CL serviced?
I wrote Sherry, but I may not get a reply in time.

For sherry, $250 and above, I was quoted $400 once.
I paid $200 for a complete CLA and battery conversion from DAG.

That's not bad, if I can get a user CL for under $225.00 (meter not working)
Too much more and it's not worth it.

I ha've had really good experience with will van Manen. For a leica III cla he charged iirc 145€, for an M6 it was 225€ (both plus taxes). I assume that a CL wout be somewhere in between. Service was excellent and fast.

I had DAG refresh a CL earlier this year, it was $90, took about 3 weeks.

Dag is cheaper. I find him to be better than Sherry in overall quality control too.

Good to know, about DAGs price....

Any issues I should know about on a CL Quality Control, and things that go wrong as a standard fix with any CL that has not been CLA'd

rf out of whack, nonfunctional meter, inaccurate meter(battery problem), low shutter speed. That's all i can think of right now. It's a wellmade, solid camera.

take up spool can sometimes break ($30 for DAG to replace), corroded battery contacts which sometimes can also affect the wiring, CdS cell doesn't last forever

DAG installed a third lug on my CL back in 2008 for around $50 (a used M5 lug).

It was great; I could keep the camera horizontal with the straps.
