My third time dealing with Mr. Tony Rose at PopFlash. Amazing service as always. I cannot say enough about this guy. He always ships immediately and I have it in my hands within (3) days, sometimes less. This guy is aces!

Hi, have to recognize Tony Rose and his staff are great, they have nice prices, they send parcels very fast with reasonable prices and are so helpful and good will from A to Z!

hmm is right...

I bought an MP from Popflash several years ago. The RF went wonky 2 months after the warranty went out, and they wouldn't help me out. While technically within their rights not to cover the adjustment, it would have been really nice (and worthy of an appreciation thread) if they had. But yeah, they shipped it quick and were very nice when I ordered it, but I haven't purchased from them since.

hm... what exactly is the aim of this thread?

I was just so happy with the service this guy always gives me and wanted to recognize it. It's rare for me to find such good places who pretty much will do anything for you and go above and beyond.

It's in the general discussion area, so i assumed it was ok for me. Maybe i was wrong?
 
I guess a business doing what they should for its customers is so rare that when a company does what it should, people are shocked.
 
+1 for popflash and tony rose's service and assistance.

i don't hesitate to buy from tony. also feel positively about a number of other sellers: KEH, matsuiyastore, igor's camera, among them. and of course we have some stellar sellers among RFF's member base.

i avoid pnet, ebay, certain sellers at fredmiranda, especially over the last couple years.

I've had excellent service from both Tony and Alex at Popflash. Even on the ebay auctions they ship instantly, and packages get to VT from CA in record time, sometimes in less than 48 hours- they must send from some Postal hub.

They also took care of an M7 of mine that needed a meter adjustment no questions asked, fast and simple. Turnaround time was darn fast on that even.
 
And let me add my +1 for both Tony and Alex (a +2?) at Popflash.

I've received nothing but top-notch service from them. I've sent in both my Zeiss Ikon and M9 for warranty work and been very pleased with their service. Same goes for some lenses. And in a few instances, they've gone out of their ways to help. Really nice folks.
