I bought a couple of roll of Fomapan 400.
I souped it in Rodinal for 5.5m at 30C and also souped in Microphen for 4.15min at 30C room temp.
In both cases, there are some observations:
* this film scratches easily
* water marks/stains easily
* there are white spots on many of the images
* grain is large, larger than Tri-x. However I notice that perhaps my timing could be wrong, the Foma PDF states 2.5mins (!) for Microphen at 30C.
* I shot mainly at 200 and 250 and developed for 400 iso.
* the negatives are flat when scanned, and needed a good "Curves" to adjust the contrast and brightness
For my last 3 rolls, I will shoot at ei.250 and use a P&S camera for consistent autoexposure. And probably soup it in either Rodinal Stand or HC-110.

Here is a 100% crop, scanned at 2400dpi. Unmask sharp is turned to low.
Microphen (you can see the slight water mark above the eyebrow).
