And WOW, i never thought it will be that big, OH LORD!!!
Not sure if Mamiya 7II will be almost same size of this camera as well, they are really big cameras and i never expected, but anyway, they are still great and WAY lighter than RZII.

I would like to test it but not sure which film i should start with, any help here? 😀

Also i don't know where i can find a plate for it to mount it on a tripod, also which cable releases i can use with it, and where i can find a filter adapter ring to use it with filters, i mean what is the lens filter size of this fixed lens[65mm]?

If you want to start with color - what about few rolls of Provia 400X - you get fine grain and high speed to ease your first handheld shots and joy on light table.

In BW - matter of taste ...

Hmmmm, not sure, if i shoot color then i have to wait until i send it to the lab and wait the results, also developing slide is a bit more than B&W or C-41 with the lab, i develop all my B&W anyway, but i may try that anyway, i will shoot both, color and B&W, i will develop B&W and check the results until i can get back my color film from a lab.

That's a pretty expensive meter considering you don't know how to use it. If you're overwhelmed by al the functions you might want to get yourself a smaller, simpler meter like a Sekonic L-308 or a Gossen Digisix.

Truth be told, using a meter is REALLY simply once you understand the basics of it. I'm sure the manual of the 758dr covers it.

I think i started to know how to use the light meter a bit more, still not totally, but i know how to use the meter for film or digital outdoor.

The filter size is 67mm.

Ah cool, one of those usual filter size, i think i have an adapter ring for that size.

I just came yesterday from work, and while i was on my way back home i took few shots with one film roll [B&W], also did with color slide while i am at work but around outdoor in area, can't wait to see the results.

The results were fine, good enough, even i had an issue with 2 rolls, which one roll has one first frame cut about 1/3 of the full, and another roll has one frame missing, so i don't know what is this issue cause of, one roll was fine, full 8 frames, and i have one more roll and i would like to see if it will be fine as well later.

All camera's that load and advance 120 roll film horizontally and on rollers in-camera rather than pre-loaded inserts have a requirement to hold tension on the film as you close the door on the back.

Fujica/Fuji, particularly in the BEEG rangefinder variations are sensitive to this requirement. Closing the door on loosely loaded film will cause aggravation with symptoms of jamming on the takeup roll, or framing errors.

In fact, most Fuji rangefinder manuals actually speak to this issue. Another classic case of RTFM suggested.

Once you master the trick of keeping tension on the roll while closing the camera (a third arm is advised), you should get a well spaced 8 frames on 120, and 16 on 220. However, I don't use 220 at all..... loosely rolled film is my issue here, and It takes me forever to shoot 16 frames on my big Fuji's because at the price of film and processing, I ONLY shoot keepers.

I see, i was sure it is about loading film, i had an issue once before with my Hasselblad 501cm as well, so i have to be careful when loading film in all my film cameras, thanks for pointing me to the reason.

Since Fuji still services these camera's I would start there. Then, I would probably check with the fellow who I send all my Fuji's to for service.... Frank Marshman at CameraWiz on the east coast of the US. The strap for the big fuji's is a nice cloth strap in a fairly narrow style.

I use B&H mostly, and i found general brand lens cap of that 67mm, i may use that, but i was hoping if i can find the original Fuji lens cap for it if available, otherwise i will go with that general brand or even Canon/Nikon/Hasselblad/Mamiya 67mm lens caps.

about the strap, still don't know which strap, i want to get FujiFilm labeled strap if i can, or something else not any of those another than Fuji brands, i don't like to use Nikon strap on Canon camera or Hasselblad strap on Mamiya, same for Fuji, i can ignore about the lens cap but strap either Fuji or unknown blank one and not sure which one you recommend from B&H.
