Thanks for your nice comments. The last two are scanned wet prints. This lens and TriX (I push to 1600 most of time) give me a lot of freedom in darkroom as well.
As you can see, you don't see too many people participating to the thread with their images. The thread would have been filled with images by now if it was for other well known glasses.
🙁 Probably many people think this lens is too slow and the ergonomics to be problematic. I personally have no problem with F2.8 and handling. Maybe because I'm used to even older collapsible lenses. The handling a lot better than older Elmar 3.5 and 2.8, and it's very quick to use.
I can walk around with the camera in my coat pocket, pull out the lens and shoot, then scram. And this lens is very resistant to flare and you don't need hood all the time. That contributes to smaller overall size and low profile in real use.
