What new Voigtlander RF or SLR product would you like to see?

the new 75mm lens got me thinking-- it would be really cool to have a camera with automatically selected 28/90 frame lines, but retaining a manual selector to switch between 40/50/75 framelines. Not sure about how one would design this but it would be swell. Failing that it would be nice to have a zi quality long base rangefinder body with 40/75 frame lines even if that meant losing 90 and 50

How about a viewfinder window that "zooms" with the focal length of the lens mounted?

Like my old Canon p&s, you would zoom in and the viewfinder followed the focal length. It worked pretty good.

Then we wouldn't have to fool around with framelines.

An R4a or R4m in Nikon rangefinder S mount. The m mount version is wonderfully useable camera. I would love to use my Nikon lenses with a newer version of this camera. Then my Nikon F would get a run for its money!

I agree with this wholeheartedly. I was wanting to dump all my Nikon RF lens (not really) and get a R4M. I'm up to about 12 lens now though.

Also on the micro 4/3 front, since Cosina is now a 4/3 official member, a series of f2 primes such as 9, 10, 12, 14 would be wonderful. I have the 7-14 and 11-22 and they are wonderfully sharp but I would like a little depth of field control more than the f4 I have now.

It'll be excellent to re-release 28mm Skopar, 50mm Skopar and 50/1.5 Nokton in M-mount. And all current M-lenses, not only 35/1.2, - in silver finish :).

My wish list:

Tri-Elmar or "Dual-Elmar" (24 / 50) lens, 2.8
Improved Nokton 35 1.4 with better center-focus 1.4->4
Pancake 50 1.4 or 2.

All lenses should continue to have ridge inside mount to allow for hand-coding on Leica M8/M9 bodies without wearing off.
