Has anyone used the newest, class 10 SDHC cards in an M8? I just want to make sure they'll work before plunking down my money. With rebates they'll be cheaper than the old class-6 that I've been using.
Specifically Sandisk, but any info will do.
Thanks!

i have a new class 10 8gig card and i don't see a huge improvement over my class 6 card. it may be a little bit faster but i bet it's the camera that is the slow link in the chain.

I was just about to buy some class 10 but I don't think there will be much difference, between class 2 and class 6 the camera is only a couple of seconds faster and seems only to be with DNGs, but would be interested if it did make a significant difference.

Sandisk Ultra II will work best.

So you've used it, no problems? Great... I just want to make sure that there are no compatibility issues-you never know with a camera whose firmware is no longer being updated. I assume any speed difference will only be in clearing a full buffer, if that, and nothing more... But with rebates it's actually cheaper to buy the class 10 than the class 6 right now.
And the extreme iii (class 6) are definitely faster than the ultra ii (class 4).

the fastest sd cards I have at the moment are Lexar Premium 4gb class 6, they are about 2 seconds faster per picture than Sandisk ultra.
