Leica LTM Problem with IIIf

I just got a roll of film back that something crazy happened. The frames aren't lined up the top portion seems to have gotten overexposed.I attached a scan of the contact sheet from Costco. It was Kodak B&W 400 C-41 film brand new not expired. I have shot about 10 rolls through the camera since Christmas with no problems. Can anyone tell I did do something apparently wrong that you can tell did the lady at Costco do something or did something happen to the camera? Just checking here first I can go to the camera repair shop here in town but they aren't the most Leica knowledgeable any help would be appreciated.

Shoot another roll, then you'll know. It looks more like a light leak than a curtain problem.

Thanks to you both I wondered if I should send another roll through it loaded it up and will shot through it tomorrow

So you have a lllf with a vertical travel shutter? I'd take a look to see if somethings hanging in front of the film plane before I followed that one up.

Yes, like a piece of broken film/leader etc.

I took off the lens and fired the shutter on B earlier there wasn't anything I could see in the frame. I shot through a roll of film in my living room with the dogs I'll take it to Costco in the morning.
