Kodak USA no longer lists prices for TMZ, Plus-X or BW400CN
I was going to order more Plus-X but noticed Freestyle was almost out and Adorama was out of stock; so I checked the Kodak site and it does not look good:
I knew Plus-X in 120 ran out recently.
The loss of Plus-X in 135 is a disappointment as has just started enjoying it in Diafine.

Also compare the Plus-X and TMZ pages with the Tri-X page ( note the lack of shop now options on TMZ, BW400CN and PlusX)

Are they gone, or just between production batch runs ?

Not good.
Just as film is coming in vogue with the younger generation (current grade school and high school crowd). I know quite a few people who have been putting rolls of 400CN into their 35mm holgas. Those same very people later graduate to more serious cameras, starting with old fixed lens rangefinders or SLRs.
I know that's how I rediscovered film a while ago.

Interested to see what the story is. I'd be surprised if Plus-X and BW400CN have bit the dust at this point, but who knows! Let's cross our fingers Donald!
Plus-X 24 exposure is in stock (24 exp.) at Freestyle, as is BW400CN (36 exp.).

I just bought 20 rolls of Plus-X from BH after I read this. Hopefully, it's just a lag in between production runs. I can't run out of Plus-X! I'm not ready yet! I haven't reached the point in my life where another film will do for me. I may have to start hoarding it and taking over a few cubic feet in the freezer...

Kent - I just found Plus-X 36 exposure rolls at B&H - grabbed 50 : so that should do me, come what may, for a year or so.

Good for you Donald! I'm sure it will be fine but you just never know nowadays! Bring some of that fine Plux-X if you join us for the Muybridge Exhibit on the 27th.

The best camera is one that still works!
I'm pretty sure that Arista Premium 100 is Plus-X (?) and 100 ft rolls are less than $30.00 at Freestyle.

Will do : I saw that thread - not sure if I can make it until nearer the time.
At least now any notion of frivolous spending on things like an iPad2 has gone.

Look a little harder. Tmax 3200, BW400CN, and Plus-X are all listed on this page, just not as prominently as the other Tmax and Tri-x films.

Maybe a bit premature.
These films are not listed on Kodak's online store, but they are listed on their product site.

I`m still buying BW 400CN at Boots .
Still on special offer; buy two get one free.
It`s available even in their smallest stores.

Well it was discontinued in 120, that could signal it is not going to be made again in 135.

Maybe they're just working out how much the price will have to go up...

Actually Pickett that's not far off the mark ... I've always thought BW400CN was the most digital looking film I've seen!

Yep. I've shot a lot of BW400CN over the last few years. Stuff scans wonderfully. But, the only place to get C41 processed within 60 miles of here was Walmart, and they don't even have a film drop off anymore. And I'm too lazy to process C41.
