This is capping

Your focal plane shutter works by two curtains traveling across the film.
In your case the first curtain is traveling slightly slower than the second curtain and hanging up at the rewind side of the camera causing underexposure.
If you watch the film aperture with the camera back open, you can see this happen.

Sure that wasn't a flash exposure at a time setting past sync? It looks much more like a flash sync error - the even underexposed bit on the left looks as if that had been the ambient exposure on the bit of frame covered by a curtain when the flash exposed the rest. I'd expect capping to show a much more gradual falloff to one side rather than that hard edge.

I don't use a flash.

I don't use a flash.

Nor anybody else at the moment you were photographing? Then it is time to get the camera fixed - there is something more wrong there than a mere speed difference between curtains, like a failed curtain brake or something obstructing one curtain at 2/3 of its way.

Agreed. Capping is normally caused by one curtain moving faster than the other, so you tend to get a gradual change in exposure from one side of the photo to the other. One side will be darker than the other

Yep, I noticed this in a couple pics I took lately. Then alot of under exposed pics. I sent my M3 to Youxin Ye and got it back quickly.

Didn't your camera ( M3? ) just come back from Youxin Ye?
