I recently watched a program on how our eyes sees color and about color blindness, which is not really seeing the world in b&w but more like seeing the world through a badly calibrated monitor.
To comment on your photo, nice colors but i'm not a fan of hipshot-aesthetic, it makes the subject look gigantic (in your opinion regal) and the viewer feel like a child or a homeless person sitting on the street.
Technically, the color balance is off, because the camera/processing software has confused the shadow in the background with the sunny foreground.
