Never heard of it, but my son just won a lottery for a tag to hunt Elk in Kentucky...go figure!
Anyone here know anything about how to plan for such a hunt? He is a very busy person these days and asked me to find out what I can as he needs to contact private property owners, plan the hunt, etc. all between now and October.
Wish he would apply for tickets to The Masters and the Georgia Lottery whilst he is in a lucky mode....
